    We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join our team and support the growth of our retail convenience sector, Dash In Food Stores. Dash In is a convenience store chain with over 65 stores spanning MD, DE and VA that prides itself on being a hub for convenient living, offering fresh and prepared food, beverages and fuel.


    The Dash In Operations Administrator plays an integral role by providing support for Franchise Development and Store Operations. This work is instrumental to providing a great brand experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a hunger for success, operate well within a fast-paced environment and be resourceful while executing daily operations that require the individual to think on their feet and make sound, logical decisions. We require a candidate that represents our brand values by exuding a pleasant, upbeat and professional attitude and possess the capability to collaborate effectively to get results.    


    • Coordinates and provides administrative support of day-to-day and project related activities for the Franchise and Store Operations Team; as well as participates in special projects as needed.
    • Supports store transition checklists for effective new store openings and ownership changes overs. 
    • Leads the execution of brand and departmental meetings including organizing agendas; preparing RFP documents and negotiating rates; preparing written materials; managing all onsite logistics; and reconciling expenses to budget.
    • Creates broad communication materials to include departmental presentations and direct communication with franchisee entities and vendors.
    • Creates and maintains New Franchise Agreements for both existing Franchisees during franchise renewals, as well as New Franchisees and/or Assignments in the DocuSign system.
    • Manages the communication process for all Franchisee reviews including taking minutes, managing Franchise testing and communicating with Franchise Development Manager on actions.
    • Applies for annual licenses for corporate and Franchisee locations (foodservice, motor fuel, etc.)
    • Creates and maintains Franchisee, store, and licensing listings.
    • Manages the Franchisee insurance process including monthly review and obtaining updated licenses, communicates progress to Operations, and updates databases accordingly.
    • Creates monthly Revenue Share correspondence to Franchisees on Open Account balances and requirements.
    • Manages the Dash In mystery shopper administration including communication to stakeholders.
    • Coordinates entry and approvals of Dash In vendor related invoicing.
    • Coordinates monthly inventory audit schedules and communicates accordingly.Manages customer feedback and Franchise solicitation lines including initial and post communications.
    • Will occasionally travel to support local activities to include grand openings, promotional rollouts and community engagement.

    Required Qualifications

    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional corporate work experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as: Word, Outlook, and Excel are required
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure, and with minimal supervision and instruction, and to initiate and coordinate activities to meet strict deadlines
    • Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven record of going the extra mile to provide superior service
