    We are currently looking for a Learning Management System Specialist who will be responsible for assisting in the continued implementation and maintenance of our new Learning Management System (Cornerstone). 


    Our ideal candidate is self-driven, understands the role of learning in an organization, eager to capable of working at a strategic level while simultaneously executing on a tactical level. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in a broad range of learning and modalities, including mobile, search engine optimization, internal social media. In addition to learning and applying current best practices, candidate will need to find, implement and test new and/or better approaches with the goal of increasing user experiences and assuring transfer of knowledge.

    Required Qualifications

    • Performs administration and maintenance of LMS(Cornerstone) components (i. e. system data uploads and troubleshooting)
    • Serves as a primary resource responsible for uploading and maintaining internal course content in the LMS
    • Manages in learning management system uploads, instructional design support, and LMS content curation
    • Assists in the review, testing and implementation of Cornerstone LMS updates and enhancements in partnership with IS team
    • Participates in the testing process of e-learning modules and online assessments for quality assurance
    • Recommends ways to streamline processes to ensure efficiency that enhance learners experience
    • Monitors and responds to employee questions received through the Employee Development e-mail account & Help Desk tickets
    • Manage Learning calendar
    • Maintains, updates and enhances Employee Learning SharePoint site
    • Provide quality checks on Employee Development reporting and prepare key learning monthly and adhoc reports
    • Occasionally assist in development and delivery of training sessions
    • Ensure functionality of Learning Management System and troubleshoot as necessary
    • Build trusting relationships with colleagues

    Applied Experience

    Skills and Qualifications required at minimum:


    • Bachelors Degree required
    • 2-4 years working with LMS (Cornerstone experience a plus) to add/edit courses, create certifications, manage rosters, and troubleshoot issues
    • Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and/or Camtasia
    • Demonstrated capability in project management and communication
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    • Understanding of LMS reporting process and analytics
    • Ability to meet deadlines and complete work under limited supervision
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
    • Customer service oriented

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new applications
