We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented marketing operations specialist to support the delivery of winning marketing campaigns and creation of brand advocates and loyalists for our Retail Marketing organization. This role will lead the development, execution and reporting of CRM initiatives that align with overall marketing strategies to increase product and brand performance.
The CRM Marketing Manager is responsible for standing up our customer acquisition programs and building data-informed segmentation to support the execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of our marketing strategies and maximize our customers’ lifetime value. He/she will drive our marketing automation strategy and determine the systems, structures and architectures required to achieve a holistic and seamless customer experience across our fuel, convenience and carwash offerings. This role will work in partnership with Category Management, Product Development, Operations, and IT teams to shape and deliver marketing and promotional campaigns to achieve business KPIs and ROI on marketing spend.
This role will report directly to the Director, Brand Marketing.
