    Dash In Food Stores is one of the key business units of The Wills Group Retail Marketing Division. Dash In engages in selling Fuel, Car Wash (Splash In), and Convenience Store staples including prepared food and beverage. The incumbent reports directly to the Director of Retail Operations. Dash In primarily operates its stores through a Revenue Share Franchise model for store operations, with car wash and fuel operations managed through a commission structure.

     

    The Splash In Administrator is a support role within Retail Marketing Operations that drives effective and efficient Splash In operations. This role assists the General Manager, Splash In, the Splash In Field Manager, and the Splash In car wash locations in our network.  In short, this role manages the key administrative functions for Splash In that includes invoicing and A/P, scheduling preventative maintenance and tracking completion and compliance, document management, membership administration, key project administration, and effective communication of deliverables.

     

    This position requires an in-depth understanding of Splash In Operations, accounting, and project management.

     

    Success in this position will be measured by the incumbent’s effectiveness in managing the administrative work, independently, and communicating progress to free up Managers time to focus on sales building, development and overall business management activities.

    Accountabilities

    • Manages the internal and external car wash membership program to include RFID administration, wash connect administration, tracking, and is the point of contact for any membership issues or questions.
    • Manages all Splash In invoices to include chemistry, maintenance and repair, capital replacements, etc. within TAP ensuring all invoices are coded and checked for accuracy before submitting for approval.
    • Manages the PM schedules that include pit cleanings, cleaning schedule, monthly P/M’s, door and heater inspections, etc. to ensure they are both scheduled and completed.
    • Effectively communicates progress on a weekly basis on deliverables to all stakeholders.
    • Works with Risk Management on all Splash In Damage Claims as administrative support.
    • Provides general administrative support such as maintaining documents, prepares violation letters if/when required, marketing administration, orders uniforms, etc.

      High School Diploma with an AA or BS degree preferred
    • 3-years experience in an administrative support, project management, or customer service role
