    We are currently searching for someone to join our IT Help Desk Support team. The incumbent will support the IT needs of users, franchises and the business.  Incumbent will provide technical support to ensure our businesses can run effectively with minimized interruption. The incumbent will also help to ensure that the technology we have is working effectively and maintained with necessary and up to date capabilities.


    This role will be accountable for:

    • Front line customer support for IT related issues (Employees, franchisees and dealers)
    • Timely address active help desk tickets
    • Apply known fixes to IT issues raised swiftly and efficiently
    • Responsible for updating IT knowledge based articles as solutions are found
    • Responsible for setting up all new users in all software packages
    • Responsible for software and hardware installations and support on all supported equipment including but not limited to:
      • Point of Sale
      • Laptops
      • Desktops
      • Tablets/Phones/Hand Held Scanners
      • Audio Video equipment
      • Printers/Scanners/Fax
    • Traveling to all company and store locations as needed


    Required Qualifications


    Experience required for the role:

    • Know how to trouble shoot Microsoft office and windows products with minimal direction
    • Standard trouble shooting capability without supervision
    • Working knowledge of network architecture and software such as VMWare and Cisco


    Credentials required for the role:

    • Minimum Associates Computer Science degree
    • Higher Computer Science or related education may supplement work experience required
    • Cisco or Microsoft certification a plus
