  • Overview

    The Recruiting Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Recruiting department, creating and posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews with potential candidates, and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, organized, multi-tasker and have excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about the recruiting function of a growing organization.

    Accountabilities

    • Create requisitions and post advertisements on various job websites
    • Maintain records in the company's HR database and prescreen potential candidates
    • Schedule and organize interviews with candidates and serve as the main point of contact to candidates when onsite
    • Coordinate and schedule travel for candidates as needed
    • Conduct and manage background checks
    • Communicate regularly with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and candidates providing status updates and other necessary information
    • Review and reporting of recruiting budget on a monthly basis
    • Assist with continued build out of ATS processes with the goal of increasing functionality
    • Assist HR staff with projects as requested

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required
    • Strong computer skills; ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and work within company database

    Applied Experience

    • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member
    • Capable of handling repetitive duties and maintaining a positive attitude
    • Very strong organizational skills; ability to maintain effective documentation within company database
    • Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
    • Knowledge of the recruitment process is highly preferred
