About the Position
Reporting to the EVP of Human Resources, the Director of Talent Development & Learning will provide overall strategic leadership and day-to-day hands on guidance to the Talent Development and Learning team. The Director will be responsible for the strategy, deployment and continual improvement of the talent development cycle for the Wills Group and Dash In retail operations. The Director will lead and drive the operations training initiatives for the company. Using leading practices and technology, he/she will enable the business to deliver exceptional customer experiences, exceed technical expectations of our employees and enable employees to build new and relevant capabilities in the workplace. The Director of Talent Development & Learning will provide Learning expertise and partner effectively across all business units, both operational and corporate support.
The HR Business Partner will act as business partner and advisor to Retail Operations and Store Management as well as develop and implement the Dash In Talent Management Strategy, incorporating core components from The Wills Group overall talent strategy. This position will help shape the culture of the Dash In retail organization by fostering a culture of continuous development through transparent feedback and the acquisition and development of talent. The HRBP will align to the business by demonstrating a clear understanding of business driving initiatives and establish talent and development strategies to support, as well as drive sales and profit by contributing to the Dash In leadership strategy.
